We aim to use mostly natural fabrics and may blend them with snthetic ones to improve their functionality and feeling on your skin. Each product page lists the exact fabric composition (e.g., cotton, elastane, cotton elastane blends) so you can make an informed choice.

Yes! We offer bundle discounts all year, seasonal promotions, exclusive discounts for newsletter subscribers, and occasional sales throughout the year. If you buy 3 or more products of the same item category (e.g. 3 T-Shirts, 3 Pants, etc.) you will get 20% off automatically. I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

We’ll resolve the issue quickly and will either provide a refund or a replacement of the item, depending on your preferences.
MY TRACKING INFO SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, here are the steps you should take:
- Check around your property: Sometimes packages are left in hidden areas, with neighbors, or at a different entrance.
- Look for a delivery notice: Your carrier may have left a note indicating where the package was placed.
- Check with neighbors or building management: Packages are sometimes accepted by others nearby.
- Wait a short period: Occasionally, tracking updates mark a package as delivered a few hours before it actually arrives.
If you still cannot locate your order after these steps, contact the carrier with your tracking number and then reach out to our customer support so we can assist in locating or replacing your package.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Some items (e.g., final sale) may be non-returnable.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
We offer free retursn for orders shipped to Germany. Shipping costs for returns of EU & International orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
